Understanding of Application Process: *

I understand that the application process closes on Friday September 12th, at which time all applications will be reviewed, with acceptance/thank you emails being sent out to all applicants on Monday September 15th. If accepted, I understand that this application will then serve as my vendor agreement.

Required Vendor Fee: *

I understand that if I receive an application acceptance email, I have 24 hours from the time stamp on the email, to E-transfer the non-refundable vendor fee in order to secure my spot.

Failure to Secure Spot: *

If I fail to send the vendor fee within 24 hours to secure my spot, I understand that it will be assumed by event co-ordinators that I no longer want to participate and will have forfeited my vendor spot.

Vendor Area: *

If accepted, I understand that I am only allotted the size option chosen and that I could be asked to downsize if I bring too many tables for my provided area.

Vendor Setup: *

If accepted, I understand that I can only setup the morning of the event and must be 100% ready for shoppers no later than 10:00am, when the event starts. I agree to stay and participate for the whole duration of the event, and can only tear down my booth when the event ends at 3:00pm.

Vendor Responsibility: *

If accepted, I understand that I am responsible for supplying my own table & chairs and will showcase a full & copacetic display for my merchandise. I am also responsible for leaving my designated area in the same condition as it was received, which includes but is not limited to, disposing of all or any garbage. In addition, I understand that if i want to have insurance coverage for this event, it is my responsibility to obtain my own insurance.

Social Media: *

If accepted, I understand that Front Street Revival Ltd. is permitted to take any photographs of my booth, to use for potential promotional or social media purposes.

Liability: *

If accepted, I understand that Front Street Revival Ltd., shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or liability to the named party, its staff, guests, or consumers or any other person using the premises under this agreement, or to their property for any cause or reason whatsoever.
