VENDOR APPLICATIONS

If you’re interested in being a 2025 holiday market vendor at The Shops, please carefully review the following vendor information and criteria below, prior to applying:

EVENT SUMMARY

Event Date: Saturday December 6th, 2025
Event Time: 10:00am to 3:00pm
Vendor Setup Time: December 6th from 8:00am to 10:00am (Earlier morning entry available if needed).
Vendor Booths: Vendors are carefully curated and positioned throughout the mall hallways. Vendors are provided with markers on the ground to show their allotted space. *We do not supply any walls, tables, or chairs.


VENDOR SETUP SIZE + COST

1. General Vendor Option:
$75.00 - 10ft wide by 6ft deep (Non-Refundable & only 1-2 tables permitted)

2. Premium Vendor Option #1:
$100.00 - 20ft wide by 6ft deep (Non-Refundable & up to 4 tables permitted)

3. Premium Vendor Option #2:
$125.00 - 12ft wide by 12ft deep (Non-Refundable & setup is customizable)


INCLUDED IN VENDOR FEE:

• All vendors will be listed on our website with a hyperlink to your website or social media page.
• All vendors will be shared over our various social media platforms.
• Exclusive 50% OFF discount available on all digital billboard rates, for vendors to advertise their business. (Click here for Digital Billboards)


VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

• You are the owner, operator, or creator of your business.
• Your business has a minimum of one active social media account.
• Your business offers unique and quality branding, both online and through your merchandise/products.
• Your business appeals to our target shopper and overall holiday market experience.
*** Direct sales, MLM companies, and ‘Service’ related businesses will not be considered for acceptance.

VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS:

Vendor Applications for Christmas at The Shops are open from Monday August 25th 2025 to Friday September 12th 2025. ALL applicants will receive either an acceptance or thank you email from us on Monday September 15th. If accepted, applicants are required to send payment within 24 hours of being accepted. So, be sure to check both your email inbox folder AND junk mail folder on Monday September 15th if you’ve applied to be a vendor.

OUR GUARANTEE TO VENDORS

Every holiday season, we strive to provide shoppers with a carefully curated collection of holiday market vendors to shop from. That said, we will not accept more than 1-2 vendors with similar products/styles, to ensure we do not oversaturate the event with the same category and to also avoid direct competition for each vendor. Vendors can expect a minimum of 1000+ shoppers throughout the day with many of these shoppers usually looking for that perfect last minute gift for a loved one. This highly anticipated event in the heart of downtown Strathroy, is guaranteed to be fun, memorable and worth while for both our vendors and shoppers!
